Design & Development Injections

Based on the customer samples/ drawings, we do the design part of the DIE & SIZER ourselves and do the major machining works with our vendors, who are equipped with high-end machines for accurate machining and are located very close to our factory and for the Injection moulds we have three dedicated mould makers and we have the in house facility for small corrections and mould maintenance.

We are into the process of reverse engineering for more than Ten years. In this period we have successfully designed, developed and supplied more than 100 Parts, many of them were been imported earlier.
